Do you ship oversees and to P.O. box address?

Yes, we ship overseas to select countries. We are only shipping to a physical address (no PO Box).

How do I check the status of my order?

How do you ship the orders?

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL International Standard. Shipping rates vary on weight and location. In most cases, you can check the shipping rate at checkout. If the shipping rate is not displayed at checkout, please contact us at info@masjidal.com to determine the shipping rate. Packages undeliverable by UPS, FedEx, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed.

When will I receive my order?

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days, and 7-14 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

An email with the tracking details will be sent out when your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Masjidal ships to most countries worldwide. However, Masjidal is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, air and ground transportation delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Do I need an internet connection for Athan Frame to work?

Yes, Athan Frame is a cloud based solution and an active internet connection is required for it to work.

Can I display my own images on the Athan Frame?

No. All our screens are professionally designed and are dynamically displayed based on the content.

Do I have to pay a subscription fee?

No, we don’t charge any ongoing or subscription fees.

Can I use my own tablet as an Athan Frame?

Not at the moment. Athan Frame is developed as a complete package and we would like our users to experience the full benefits.

How are my Masjid’s timings displayed?

We have a process for Masjid’s to sign up and maintain their timings on our site. After the Masjid signs up, the Masjid’s timings will be available to sync with the Athan Frame.

Does my Masjid have to pay a fee?

Not at all. The basic features are free for any Masjid.

Why is my local Masjid not in the search?

Only Masjids signed up with Masjidal will be available in the Athan Frame. If your local Masjid is not available, please have someone from your Masjid get in touch with us or have them sign up for free at https://masjidal.com/site/signup.

Is there a list of Masjids that are using Masjidal?

Yes, please click here to search for a Masjid by location or by Masjid name. Please note that only Masjids that are actively maintaining their timings on our site will be displayed. If your Masjid is missing, please have your Masjid administrator contact us (it’s a free service to the Masjid). If your Masjid administrator is unable to maintain the timings, please click here to add the Masjid yourself.

Can I update the timings of my Masjid?

It’s highly recommended that someone from your Masjid updates the timings on a regular basis. In addition to the timings, there are multiple other features available to the Masjid.

Can I use it without a Masjid?

Absolutely. The only feature that won’t be available in stand alone mode is the Iqamah timings.

Do I need an internet connection for Masjid Signage to work?

Yes, Al-Iqamah (Masjid Signage) is a cloud based solution and an active internet connection is required for it to work.

Do I need to sign up for my Masjid to use any of the features?

Yes, an account for the Masjid needs to be setup. After you log in to that account, you will have access to all the features for the Masjid.

Are all features included for free?

Some features are included for free. For advanced features, a subscription is required. Click here to see the list of features.

Does my Masjid have to pay a fee?

Not at all. The basic features are free for any Masjid.

Can I use my own device for the Al-Iqamah app?

Yes, Al-Iqamah (digital signage) is available on Google Play. However, its designed to work only on Android TV box. Our device comes configured with it making it easy for you to start displaying your content.

How are my Masjid’s timings displayed?

After you login to your masjid account, you’ll have access to setup the calculation that your masjid uses and we’ll calcualte the Salah times automatically for you. Alternatively, you can also upload the timings using our simple excel template. For Iqamah timings, we have a separate section that allows you to enter it. You can enter timings for the whole month or the whole year making it easy for future maintenance.

Can I display custom content using Al-Iqamah?

Absolutely. You can upload your content (reminders, flyers, duas and so on) and schedule it based on your needs. The prayer timings are displayed on one of our professionally designed templates.
