What payment methods does the kiosk accept?
Every major credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay through the built-in contactless reader.

Can donors tap their card or phone to make a donation?
Yes. The kiosk supports contactless payments out of the box — donors simply tap their card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to give. No PIN, signature, or app required for most transactions.

How do donations show up — do donors get receipts automatically?
Every donation lands in your Masjidal Donations dashboard in real time. Donors enter their email at checkout (optional) and receive an automatic tax-deductible receipt — no manual work on your end, no spreadsheets to reconcile.

Can I customize the kiosk display with our masjid's logo and branding?
Yes. Your kiosk ships pre-configured with your masjid's logo, colors, and campaigns. You can update the design or add new campaigns anytime from your Masjidal Donations dashboard — changes sync to the kiosk automatically.

Can the kiosk handle multiple campaigns (iftar, building fund, zakat, etc.)?
Yes. Set up as many campaigns as you need from your dashboard — iftar, building fund, zakat, school, masjid expansion, anything. Donors choose which fund to give to right on the kiosk screen, and contributions are tracked separately in your reports.

Does it need Wi-Fi? What if our internet drops?
Yes, the kiosk needs Wi-Fi to process donations and sync to your dashboard. If your connection drops, the kiosk will reconnect automatically when service is restored. We recommend placing it within strong Wi-Fi range — if needed, a basic Wi-Fi extender solves most coverage issues.

Does it auto-update?
Yes. The kiosk automatically receives the latest features, security patches, and improvements over Wi-Fi — no IT team or manual updates needed. Your masjid stays on the latest version without lifting a finger.

How do we install it — wall mount, freestanding, both?
Both. The kiosk includes a wall mount for easy installation in entrances, lobbies, or other high-traffic areas. For freestanding placement, an optional stand is available for purchase separately, giving your masjid the flexibility to place the kiosk where it works best.

What's the warranty and support policy?
The kiosk comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. Setup support is included with every order — our team walks you through everything — and ongoing support is available by email and phone for as long as you have a Masjidal Donations subscription.
